How we handle your data

A few things worth knowing

What does an AI metadata remover do?+

It removes supported embedded metadata containers that can hold AI prompts, editing history, camera information and location details. The report lists the containers found in your file.

Will this remove an Instagram or Facebook AI label?+

Platform labels can depend on disclosure, embedded signals and other detection methods. Cleaning a local file cannot guarantee a label will disappear or change an already-published post.

Does cleaning change image quality?+

The cleaner edits the file container without re-encoding the compressed image data. It keeps embedded color profiles and display orientation where supported. Check the downloaded copy before sharing.

Does it remove visible or invisible watermarks?+

This tool handles embedded metadata. Marks encoded in image pixels, including invisible watermarks, remain outside its cleaning scope.

Which formats can I use?+

JPEG, PNG and WebP, up to 20 files at a time. Each file can be up to 20 MB, with a combined limit of 100 MB.
